The Modesto Silos was built in 1939 and has stood for generations as one of the city's most recognizable industrial landmarks. Today, it has been transformed into a vibrant gathering place where architecture, hospitality, art, entrepreneurship, and community share one remarkable home.
At ground level and across the patios, the Modesto Silos welcomes the public through its restaurant, coffee shop, bar, and event spaces. Above, the landmark is home to the private headquarters and offices of Royal Equity Fund. Together, they create a vertical mixed-use destination where hospitality, investment, entrepreneurship, and community share one remarkable home.
This vision is led by Aaron Valencia—developer, investor, entrepreneur, philanthropist, Founder & CEO of Royal Equity Group, and Founder of Royal Equity Fund.
