The Modesto Silos Experience
Built in 1939, the Modesto Silos has stood for generations as one of the city’s most recognizable industrial landmarks. Today, it is being transformed into a destination for dining, coffee, cocktails, art, events, and connection.
At ground level and across the patios, the Modesto Silos welcomes the public through its restaurant, coffee shop, bar, and event spaces. Above, the landmark is home to the private headquarters and offices of Royal Equity Fund—creating a vertical mixed-use destination where hospitality, investment, entrepreneurship, and community share one remarkable home.
The transformation is led by Aaron Valencia—developer, investor, entrepreneur, philanthropist, and Founder & CEO of Royal Equity Group. The vision reaches beyond preserving a landmark: it is about creating a place that brings people together and inspires what comes next.
